In the event that you breach these Terms or any other applicable terms, 1337 Airforce reserves the right to take action against you, which may include suspending your access to the Game or terminating your rights to use it. This applies to situations where you violate the Acceptable Use Policy or engage in repeated infringement of third-party intellectual property rights without permission. Moreover, if you engage in activities that constitute a breach of law or infringe upon 1337 Airforce's or third parties intellectual property rights, this will also be grounds for action. When you click to purchase a Virtual Item or a subscription, you are initiating a request for us to supply the Virtual Item or subscription immediately and charge your App Store account accordingly. The payment terms of the specific platform will apply, and 1337 Airforce is not a party to the transaction between you and the App Store.
For users based in the EU or UK, please note that once you click purchase, your right to cancel will no longer be applicable once we start supplying the Virtual Item or subscription.
Some of our Games may offer the option to earn, buy, purchase, and utilize virtual items ("Virtual Items") through real cash or gameplay redemption. Please be aware that these Virtual Items do not constitute legal ownership, regardless of whether they are earned or purchased. Additionally, the amounts associated with Virtual Items have no relation to real currency balances or equivalent value. 1337 Airforce grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license for these Virtual Items. Any virtual currency in your account does not hold real-world value but serves as a metric for measuring the extent of your limited license.
We reserve the right to manage, control, modify, or remove Virtual Items at any time. In cases where changes or removals regarding Virtual Items occur, we will provide as much notice as possible within the Game.

If you request the erasure of your personal data in accordance with 1337 Airforce's Privacy Policy, you will permanently and, to the extent permitted by law, without entitlement to a refund, lose all associated Virtual Items as they can no longer be attributed to you.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the start of each billing period unless canceled by you or terminated by us. You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your App Store account and disable the auto-renewal option.
To avoid being charged for the next subscription billing period, please ensure that you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the current billing period expires.
For subscription services purchased within a Game, the App Store will handle charging you for the subscription fee, and their payment terms will apply. Please review the relevant App Store's payment terms for more information.
Once you have purchased a subscription, you can manage it, including turning off automatic renewal and canceling it, directly through your account on the respective App Store in accordance with their payment terms. Please note that if your current subscription has already been activated, cancellation is not possible unless required by law. Paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise mandated by applicable law.
1337 Airforce reserves the right to modify subscription fees at any time. Reasonable prior notice will be provided regarding any changes in subscription fees. In case of a price increase that prompts you to cancel your subscription, you can do so via your account on the App Store platform.
The Application Store is not responsible for the Game, the content thereof, maintenance, support services, and warranty thereof, and addressing any claims relating thereto (e.g., product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual property infringement).
1337 Airforce holds no responsibility for Third-Party Services and does not exert control over them. Third-Party Services are provided solely for your convenience. 1337 Airforce has no obligation to review or monitor these services and does not endorse or make any representations or warranties concerning them. The use of Third-Party Services is at your own risk. It is advisable to conduct any necessary investigation before engaging in transactions related to Third-Party Services.
At the start or end of a Game, you may see advertisements displayed. During gameplay, banners, rewarded videos, and/or interstitial ads may be shown as well. Our Privacy Policy outlines the information shared with advertisers during these interactions.
To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, you hereby release and discharge 1337 Airforce (including its suppliers) from any and all claims, demands, causes of action (known or unknown), arising out of interactions with Third-Party Services, other Game users, or Third-Party Advertisers. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code Section 1542 in connection with this release. This section states: "A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in their favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by them must have materially affected their settlement with the debtor."

However, 1337 Airforce will not be responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it was an obvious consequence of our breach or if it was contemplated by you and 1337 Airforce at the time we entered into these Terms.

If you download a Game from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms and conditions will apply to you. In the event that the terms and conditions of this section conflict with or are less restrictive than the other terms and conditions in these Terms, the more restrictive or conflicting terms and conditions in this section will prevail, but only with respect to Games from the Apple App Store.
The license granted to you for the Game is limited to a non-transferable license to use the Game on an iOS Product that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules specified in the Apple App Store's Terms of Service.
1337 Airforce is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services related to the Game, as specified in these Terms (if any) or as mandated by applicable law. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide any maintenance and support services for the Game.
1337 Airforce is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law unless effectively disclaimed. In case of any failure of the Game to comply with an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and they may refund your purchase price for the Game. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligations regarding the Game, and any claims arising from a failure to comply with a warranty will be 1337 Airforce's sole responsibility.
You acknowledge that 1337 Airforce is responsible for addressing any claims related to the Game made by you or a third party, including but not limited to product liability claims, non-compliance with legal or regulatory requirements, or claims under consumer protection laws. These Terms do not limit 1337 Airforce's liability beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
In the event of any third-party claim alleging that your possession or use of the Game infringes their intellectual property rights, 1337 Airforce, not Apple, will be solely responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and resolving such claims of intellectual property infringement.
By downloading and using the Game, you represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country. Additionally, you confirm that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Please note that these additional terms and conditions are specific to users who download Games from the Apple App Store and should be read in conjunction with the rest of the Terms provided.
We reserve the right to amend, add to or remove portions of these Terms (or the entirety) as necessary to comply with changes in law, industry best practices, or to address the introduction of new features. The date of the latest update will be indicated at the bottom of this document.

You are prohibited from transferring the Game (including Virtual Items) to anyone else for monetary or non-monetary gain. If you sell a device containing the Game, you must remove the Game from it. You may only transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to another person if we provide written consent.
1337 Airforce reserves the right to transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organization. We will notify you in writing if such a transfer occurs.
These Terms are governed by English law, and any legal proceedings arising under these Terms must be brought exclusively in the English courts. If you reside outside of England, you may bring legal proceedings in a competent jurisdiction within your country of residence.
